Project Life on Friday!

Hello everyone! Cindy Liebel and I are going to share some Project Life spreads today using Lily Bee Design products!

I use two pages per week for my Project Life album. I find that this gives me plenty of room to work in all the photos and thoughts from the week - plus the additional receipts, emails, recipes, etc. I used mostly the Handmade Collection for this spread. I loved the family theme that is prevalent in the stickers and the index cards.

This is the left hand side for this week. I used lots of index cards. They made perfect little pockets when stitched down to pattern paper. The top right hand corner has two Instagram photos tucked into that pocket. The lower left hand corner also uses an index card that I journaled on.

This is the right hand side and again I used the index cards. One easy way to add a bit of journaling directly onto the photo is to take the index card and cut it in thirds or halves and staple to the photo. This also spreads your product a bit further :-)

This is Cindy's Project Life spread.

Project Life has been a fun project, off and on. I have found it difficult to spend time creating my pages on a weekly basis. So instead, I document my family happenings by month. Each month, I dedicate two days to create my pages...first day for prepping and printing photos and second day creating. I don't worry about order. I select photos that inspire me and special events.

The pages I am sharing with you today are for the month of May...yes, I am that far behind. Once summer began, it's been downhill in the project life arena. However, I'm excited to say that I am currently working on catching up. As you can see, I use the page dividers by month and decorate them accordingly. I like to keep my pages simple and using Lily Bee's journaling index cards, 6x6 tiny tablet and abc cardstock stickers truly makes that happen.
