Hello everyone! Diane here, to welcome you to a new Focus on Monday! This week we will be focusing on things that we are inspired by!
One of my favorite places to find inspiration is on Pinterest! It is full of color combinations, patterns, graphics, design, and quotes that inspire me in everyday life, but even more in my scrapbooking.
For today's post I decided to create a layout based on this poster I had pinned.
I was drawn to the clean graphic design, white space and enlarged photo in this poster. Here is how it inspired me.
I stuck with the design pretty closely. I moved the banner at the top, to the left, I replaced the flags with cut out speech bubbles from the new Pinwheel Collection and moved the element at the bottom center to the left for my title.
Using things created by a graphic expert is one of my favorite things to do when creating a layout. It gives me a solid design to start with and allows me to focus on the fun stuff...papers, embellishments and my story.
Where do you look for inspiration? Take a look around, inspiration is everywhere...your home, in stores and online. What are you inspired by today?
Wow wow wow! This is gorgeous!! I loveeeeeeee the colors and the design!!
