Welcome Lily Bee's New Design Team Coordinator

Happy Saturday to you all!  Kristen here to share with you an exciting announcement.   Amy Heller who has not only been our Design Team Coordinator but a dear friend has decided to step down with the tragedy that took place in her hometown of Newtown.  She has been focusing her energy on serving not only her friends but her community as well.  She will be greatly missed and we wish her nothing but the best.

I am thrilled to be announce that Heather Leopard one of our current designers will be our new Design Team Coordinator.  Heather brings a strong marketing background to Lily Bee and lots of enthusiasm.  I've already enjoyed the short time we've spent working together on new ideas for 2013.

Here is a little bit about Heather:

I'm a native Texan and mommy to 2 adorable girls (ages 9 and 4) and a wonderful step-son (who turns 16 next month). I have a saint of a hubby who supports me in every way imaginable. I’ve been scrapping since well, forever, but like many scrapbookers, I re-discovered my passion for documenting family memories after I married by husband and started our family.

A few years ago, I was introduced to the online world of scrapbooking and my hobby soon became an obsession. My style is eclectic a.k.a random. I go where the pictures, papers and embellishments take me. Sometimes it involves lots of layering and sometimes I go for clean & simpler. You’ll always see lots of color, texture, paint/misting and certainly sewing on my projects. I currently design for American Crafts, Little Yellow Bicycle and Scrapbook Circle kit club. I’ve been lucky enough to have been published in Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Trends, Create: Idea Books and CARDS Magazines. I can be found at http://thespottedleopard.blogspot.com.

I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Lily Bee Design family. Kristen and I have lots of great things in store for you.

And we wanted to thank our outgoing team members. Jill Sprott, Brenda Hurd, Stacy Cohen, and Katrina Huerta won't be joining us for another year.
